Each class is currently 45 minutes long and capped at 4 athletes per class.
This ensures that we’re following Larimer County COVID-19 guidelines, cleaning and disinfecting equipment and spaces between athletes and providing the best coaching available!

Our programming runs the classic CrossFit gamut. Each class will be different, ensuring that you don’t get comfortable or fall into a routine.
Strength

Here we incorporate barbells and plates to increase your overall strength and strength endurance. A combination of powerlifting, weightlifting and some unique barbell movements will make you stronger and more comfortable lifting big weights.
