171225 - WE ARE CLOSED - At Home Workout

Please enjoy your time with family and friends! We will be open for normal hours tomorrow!  Here's an at home workout for those that just can't sit still today! 

At Home WOD
Start a running clock. 
Do 1 burpee in the first minute, 2 burpees in the second minute
and so on until you cannot make it within the minute. 
Rest 3:
Finisher: 100 mountain climbers, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats. Break up as needed.
