170704 - Tabata and Tips Tuesday "Wrists"

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY EVERYONE!!! Have fun and be safe!!! We are closed for the afternoon classes but normal hours will resume tomorrow! 

We've heard a lot of people saying that their wrists hurt recently. When we are doing overhead movements or front rack positions or sometimes even during push-ups, the wrist gets cranked into odd positions and is strained.
