170918 - Motivation Monday - Every Rep Counts!
My dad used to say, "Do it right or do it twice!" No matter what movement you're doing in the gym, even if it's picking up some plates to put them on your bar, do it right! If you round your back to lift the bar so you can do a hang clean, you just did one rep of a really ugly deadlift and added THAT to your repertoire of movements. EVERY rep counts! Hold yourself and your every movement to a high standard. Keep it tight and do it right! :)
