It’s easy to say we “want to” do something or even say we “are going to” do something. It gives our brain positive feedback and happy hormones that make us satisfied with the decision to do action without even doing the action. Don’t rest on that fact. Be a person of your word and follow through!
It’s exactly like when you initiate a heavy strict press, if you can get it to your eyes, fight for it and although it might be a long fight and doesn’t always look pretty…you’ll probably get it overhead and achieve the lift. It’s tough for everyone to eat healthy, cut back on spending, go to the gym, or figure out tough situations. It’s uncomfortable and time consuming and irritating for EVERYONE and the people you see who are successful didn’t quit.
