180101 - Monday Motivation - There is no "off-track"!
Let's picture nutrition and fitness as a train ride. Tons of people claim to fall "off track" during the holidays. These memes along with many others, popped up on my Instagram and Facebook feed the past few weeks.
Your train fell "off-track?" A literal TRAIN WRECK? Let's not be dramatic! Yes, 10 days of cookie eating and skipping the gym is rough on your body but it is NOT going to derail the constantly moving locomotive that is your lifelong pursuit of good health. If you need to "get back on track" after the holidays, that can be a little daunting. Just keep moving forward and don't let that big task of getting your train back on it's tracks intimidate you into taking your sweet time. Do it now, not tomorrow. It's as easy as just keeping your trian moving. You can do it!
