If you're a person that has trouble sleeping, you always feel tired, you're consistently hitting the "snooze" button, or you want to start waking up earlier, WATCH THIS! :)

Challenge yourself to make a couple of changes to your sleep habits this week! Here are some that he mentions in the video that you can try out: 
- Read a book
- Go to bed earlier
- Buy a cool light alarm
- Tape the snooze button
- Set your alarm across the room
- Make your room darker at night
- Use a sound machine
- Turn off your devices
- Set an actual bedtime
Just pick one and give it a go! I bet you'll find it helps you get a better night' sleep!
