180312 - Motivation Monday - Have FUN!

Seriously....don't take yourself or your fitness too seriously! 
Unless you are a competitive athlete trying to get to regionals, don't forget to have fun with your fitness! CrossFit is the sport of fitness but the "GOAL" is to keep you healthy, happy, and moving thoughout your WHOLE lifetime. If you stress too much and freak out about where you "are" in this sport, it defeats the purpose! Enjoy what you can do, smile in your workouts, be proud of your success, dance in between rounds, and have fun!
