180319 - Motivation Monday - CrossFitter Manifesto

Adapted from Jennifer Pastloff's "Girl Power Manifesto - I am Enough" 

I promise to not be an asshole to myself. 
I even promise to love myself.
I will remember that my self-worth is not based on
what I look like, how much weight I can lift, how much I weigh, 
what skills I do or do not have, my scores on WODs, 
how many likes I get on social media, or any other stupid crap.
None of that has any bearing on my quality as a human being. 
I will empower other people, especially my fitness family.
I will genuinely cheer for others without comparing myself to them. 
I will have a sense of humor and never take myself too seriously. 
I will do my best not to gossip, create drama, or judge others...
(unless you're assigned to be a judge in the Open) 
I will remember that just because I had a bad day inside or outside the gym, 
I do not have a bad life.
And even on my shittiest days, I will remember that I AM ENOUGH.
