Okay, so you probably said: CrossFit, family, friends, your children, hobbies, food, your pets, weekends, workouts, beer, wine, movies, books, fun stuff, hiking, mountains, travel....etc. 
How many of you said YOURSELF????
In today's world it might come across to "society" as arrogant, self-centered, cocky, prideful, or selfish. BUT there is absolutely nothing wrong with loving YOU! Imagine how hard it is for other people to love you when you don't even do that!? And it can't just be, "I put me on the list because I know I'm supposed to love myself." It needs to be an unadulterated and unconditional type of love that comes from a sincere and genuine place. Perhaps this time, make a list of 10 things you love...about you....and see how that feels! <3
