Barbells Make Us Happy!

Strength - Bench Press 2RM
(Work up to a heavy double for the day!) 

WOD - "Seeing Double" Barbell Complex
2 Deadlifts
2 Hang Cleans
2 Front Squats
2 Front Rack Lunges (on each leg) 
You will have three attempts to run through this complex and get it as heavy as you can. The limiting lift will be the hang cleans and the lunges, so keep that in mind! And have fun!
