COACH PREP -
Load on WOD weight

WOD -
“Sally Up”
Back Squat with 40% of today’s 1RM

COOL DOWN -
Couch Stretch (1 minute on each side)
Banded Leg Decompression Stretch (1 minute each side)
Frog Stretch (1 minute each side)
