INGREDIENTS
5 Big Chicken Boobs
1 Cup of Frozen Spinach
1 Jar of Sliced up Marinade Artichoke Hearts
Butter (Kerry Gold)
Two Triangles of Spicy Pepper-jack Laughing cow cheese
1 block of fat free cream cheese
(If you’d like a little more sticky goodness and flavor - Mozz Cheese or Parm Cheese too!)
Chopped Garlic (to taste)
Onion Salt
Italian Dressing or other Marinade

DIRECTIONS
1) Preheat oven (to 420 degrees) OR airfryer (to 380 degrees) OR preheat the grill (to medium heat).
2) Take chicken breasts and cut a slit into the middle, make a pocket! Then place them into a glass pan and cover with marinade.
3) In a medium sauce pan, melt 1 Tbsp butter then add all other ingredients. Stir until well blended and then season to taste! Refrigerate/Freeze mixture for 20 minutes!
4) Stuff chicken with Spin Dip goodness then bake/airfry/grill for about 20 minutes or until cooked through!
