INGREDIENTS
Favorite Veggies (Onion, Zucchini, Peppers, Mushrooms)
Baked/Airfried/Grilled Chicken Breasts
Egg Whites

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Saute Veggies with garlic and herbs
Grease muffin tin and put about 1/4 of a cup of veggies in each cup then top with chopped up chicken
Cover with egg whites and top with “Everything but the Bagel” seasoning
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until baked all the way through
(Top with cheese if you want to make them even better!)
