“Buffalo Chicken Baked Potato Casserole”
INGREDIENTS
1-2 lbs of chicken
Bag of Baby Potatoes
2 Large Broccoli Heads
Olive Oil
Franks Buffalo Chicken Seasoning (trust me on this)
Franks Buffalo Hot Sauce
DIRECTIONS
1) Boil large pot of water and add salt. Place whole baby potatoes in for about 10 minutes or until soft. Then chop in half. Place in oven spread out on large greased cooking sheet at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
2) While that’s cooking… cut broccoli into small florets and spray/drizzle chicken and broccoli with oil. Place on same baking sheet as the potatoes. Shake plenty of Franks Seasoning on all of the three ingredients. Bake for another 20-30 minutes.
3) Toss everything in a large mixing bowl and coat with Franks Hot Sauce.
4) Top with optional…. bacon bits, ranch dressing, red onion, green onion, more buffalo sauce, or carrot shreds!
