210810 - Recipe Tuesday - Chicken Fried Rice
INGREDIENTS
Toasted Sesame Oil
Chicken Breasts
Onion
Chopped Red Pepper
Ground Ginger
Garlic
Red Pepper Flakes
Coconut Aminos (or Soy Sauce)
Eggs
Frozen Peas and Carrots
Cooked Rice
DIRECTIONS
1.) Heat your oil in a pan and sear the chicken. Once your chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside.
2.) Add veggies to the pan and cook until they’re soft.
3.) Once softened, push to the side and add scrambled eggs + coconut aminos to the pan.
4.) Cook the eggs and stir every thing together.
5.) Add your cooked chicken and frozen peas to the pan and stir together.
6.) Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if you like.
