171010 - Tips Tuesday - Mindset

Things we say to get kiddos in the right MINDSET that still works for adults:
1.) We don't say "I can't" in CrossFIt!
2.) Smile and cheer for others! 
3.) Never stop trying!
4.) You can do anything for (insert time)!
5.) Breathe! 

Cardio is Hardio
5k partner row (or ski if you're so inclined) 
500m at a time
Team gets the team time.
