We love getting bendy flexy when things don't feel good with our body, but mobility should be proactive, not reactive! Here's tons of resources you can tap into to help you get excited about mobilizing!

There's a reference guide in the back to help identify mobilizations to help with specific issues! Mobility WOD is a great service too. It's behind a pay wall, but if you're really into K.
