171115 - Quote of the Week Wednesday - Comfort Zone
The quote below is so great because as I watch athlete's grow, I watch them constantly step into uncomfortable situations to make that progress! These athletes work on their weaknesses, perform workouts/movements/tasks they aren't familiar with, and suffer hard during WODs...all in the name of growth!!! It's difficult to break free from our comfort zone but once you can see it from the outside, you might realize how uncomfortable it made you to be there. Deep stuff, right!?
