170619 - Motivation Monday - "The hardest part..."
The hardest part about CrossFit isn't the heavy weightlifting or the long AMRAPs or the handstand push-ups, it's getting your butt in the gym! Once you're here, the whiteboard and your coaches tell you exactly what to do! Everything is laid out so you just have to focus on form, what we're telling you, and enjoying your time of satisfactory suffering! The stuff you're doing might be difficult or challenging but the fact that you made the decision to come to do that tough thing rather than the millions of other things you could be doing (i.e. Netflix, gardening, cooking, working, drinking)...that's the real challenge!! So when you step through our doors today...because I sure hope we see all of you on this beautiful Monday...give yourself a little pat on the back because you accomplished something pretty darn awesome!
