SMASHLEY!!!! Never met a more fun loving person in my life! This girl just wants to live life to it's fullest and enjoy it with friends! She started CrossFit to switch up her fitness routine and has made a family of friends in the process! Her attitude during workouts is incredibly uplifting and refreshing! She's so darn positive! Her love for adventure and those around her shows in all she does! We are lucky to have this sweet girl with us!

Tell us about yourself.
I am apart of the small group who is native to Colorado, Loveland in fact and I'm proud of it!! I love to do so much this state has to offer. Hearing the mountain powder crush on my snowboard is definitely a favorite. My heart belongs to the mountains! When I'm working, I utilize my Esthetic skills at Screamin Peach Waxing Studio. Come by and see me sometime!

Why do you "CrossFit"?
CrossFit expanded my horizons of fitness! I've been pretty loyal to a "basic" gym but felt bored over time and no sense of drive. After seeing "Fittest on Earth" (The CrossFit documentary), I decided to learn all the skills they've conquered! I love how everyday there's always something different to achieve

What makes Choice City so special?
Choice City felt like a 2nd home as soon as I started. I felt so welcome by a smiling face no matter what time I attended. I love how everyone gets together outside of the gym too! I also enjoy how knowledgeable Coach Michael is about the details of CrossFit and how we can use these skills in every day life. Thanks for all the love and cheering me on fit fam!
