170710 - Motivation Monday - "Appointment"

We are all guilty of making excuses (some very valid and some very not) why we can't come in to the gym, but you wouldn't continually reschedule a doctors appointment or a coffee date with a friend or a manicure at the nail salon, so why do we keep pushing back the gym until "tomorrow" or "next week"? If we don't make it a solid appointment for ourselves at the gym, it's painless to just skip it. Write it down in your planner, put it in your phone, reserve a class on Zen Planner, and don't move it for anything (unless it's an emergency). See you at the gym fit fam!
