170818 - FYF - Choose Your Adventure! (Performance Nutrition)
Many of you have expressed interest in doing the competitor’s training. I was thinking about why many of you might be interested in starting up this programming, and thought it might be because you are wanting to improve your performance in the gym, or meet a goal you haven't attained quite yet. Maybe you've be stuck in a rut recently, and haven't seen many gains for a while.
Consider cleaning up your nutrition! I know that all of our coaches and more than a few of our athletes have changed their eating habits and seen excellent results, both in the gym, and in personal life. If you don't yet meet our required standards to start up the competitor’s training, think about your goals, and start working on your nutrition if it could use some tweaking.
Nutrition does not need to always be big, drastic changes. Small improvements to your diet (drinking fewer sodas or beer, increasing green leafy veggies, getting enough calories, drinking more water) can make a big difference and are more sustainable in the long run!
