170821 - Motivation Monday - Benchmark WOD

CrossFit is a lot like preparing to climb a mountain. Sure... you could summit while wearing pajamas, drinking 10 oz. of Gatorade, no snacks, all by yourself and in a bad negative mindset...but why would you do that!? That sounds terrible!!! So if we apply the same principals to CrossFit... make sure you're hydrated and well fed, come consistently when you know others will be there to have fun and push you, wear comfy weather appropriate functional clothes and shoes, and be mentally optimistic about the experience...then you can SUCCESSFULLY summit those WODs daily!!!
