201006 - Recipe Tuesday - Veggie Beef Chili
INGREDIENTS
Bag of Broccoli Slaw
2 lb. Ground Beef
2 Packets of Chili Seasoning
2 Can of Diced Tomatoes (They make ones with garlic mixed in… yum…)
1 Can of Tomato Paste
1 Carton of Beef Broth (You could just use water too if you want to limit ingredients)
DIRECTIONS
1) Place beef into the bottom of your crockpot then everything else with the slaw on top.
2) Set crockpot to high temperature for 4-5 hours OR low temperature for 8-9 hours.
3) 1-2 hours before cooking is done, break up the beef and stir it through the mixture.
4) Eat with tasty jalapeno cornbread muffins or a side salad.
