201110 - Recipe Tuesday - "Grain Free Philly Cheesesteak Casserole"

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs Ground Beef

2 Green Peppers

1 Big Onion

1 Basket of Chopped Mushrooms

1-2 Spaghetti Squash

Garlic Seasoning

Worcestershire

5 Eggs

DIRECTIONS

1) Preheat Oven to 375°

2) Shred spaghetti squash and place at the bottom of glass casserole dish then sauté all other veggies (drain and squeeze moisture out) and toss on top evenly

3) Cook beef adding garlic seasoning and worcestershire to taste then add on top of casserole

4) Top with your favorite cheese!
5) Whip up eggs together and pour evenly over the casserole

6) Bake for about 15-20 min. or until eggs are cooked! ENJOY!
