“DecemBurpee” Challenge 
STARTS TODAY!
Here’s the RULES:

1) 100 Burpees per day 
Completed within a 24 hour period.

They can be split up throughout the day however you’d like!


2) Class burpees count toward the daily total. (Today we’re doing 100 in class…so you’re off to a great start!)

3) You have TWO “gimme” days.

These are two days where you could NOT do the burpees but still qualify to win!

4) Mark completed days with an “X”


5) Turn in your calendar by January 5th and we will pick 4 winners out of all the completed calendars!

Some weeks are more stressful than others and those types of weeks make meal prep/cooking a challenge SO here’s a quick and simple breakfast that can be made in 5 minutes or less each morning! Plus clean up is easy for this one too!

INGREDIENTS
Egg
Cheese Slice
Bagel/Bread Thins
Turkey Sausage Patty
Spray Oil

DIRECTIONS
1) Either in a pan OR using this great kitchen tool (Microwave Egg Cooker) cook up a single egg
2) In the air fryer or in the microwave when the egg is done, heat up one of the sausage patties.
3) Toast the bread in the air fryer or in a toaster.
4) Assemble the sandwich!
5) ENJOY!
