Last night at Yoga, our amazing instructor Sasha read us a poem during shavasana (corpse pose). It brought many of us to tears as it hit our hearts and reminded us of the self love that we all crave for ourselves. It speaks to the healing parts of identity and the journey we take to find the beauty in our existence. Read it out loud to yourself. Let it sink in.

WARM UP - 

:20 on/:10 off x 3 per movement
Heel Elevated Squats
Plate Lift Squats
Around your Head
Plyo Push Ups

MOBILIZE - Sprinters Lunge with Reach

STRENGTH - (In classes larger than 4, we will alternate movements)
Start with 10 EB then put on your weight for the first set!
(A) Back Squat
Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes
Perform 4 reps


(B) Bench Press
Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes
Perform 4 reps
