200218 - Recipe Tuesday - Veggie Turkey Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. Ground Turkey
- 2 Cups of Shredded Zucchini and Carrots
- 1 Cup of Steamed and Chopped Broccoli
- Seasonings (Garlic/Salt/Pepper/Onion Salt) to taste
- 1 Whole Egg
- 4 Tbsp Almond/Coconut/All Purpose Flour

DIRECTIONS
1) Preheat oven or Airfryer to 350 degrees
2) Mix all ingredients into a bowl and mix together with hands
3) Scoop out with an ice cream scoop to create equal meatballs
4) Place on greased baking sheet or directly into Airfryer
5) Cook for 20-25 minutes
6) Serve with quinoa or pasta
