200811 - Recipe Tuesday - "Buffalo Meatballs"

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. Ground Chicken
1 1/2 c. Panko Breadcrumbs
Buffalo Sauce to Taste

DIRECTIONS
1) Mix together all ingredients with your hands until it’s very well combined then place covered in freezer for atleast 30 mintues to an hour.
2) Preheat oven to 375 degrees
3) Create inch sized meatballs and place on greased pan.
4) Cook for approx. 25-30 minutes or until completely cooked!
5) Pour more buffalo sauce on top and add a little blue cheese!
