200901 - Recipe Tuesday - "Caprese Chicken"
I’ve posted this tasty recipe before but since I make it so much myself, I thought I bring it back up! I love to pair it with some veggies, especially grilled ones! YUMMY!
INGREDIENTS
1lb. Chicken Breast
Bottle of Italian Dressing
Italian Seasonings
Basil
Big Tomater
Ball of Mozzarella Cheese
DIRECTIONS
1) Marinade that chicken overnight in the italian dressing
2) Preheat grill and throw those chickens on there covered in some seasoning
3) Once its mostly done (15 minutes-ish) throw a slice of mozz and slice of tomato on there
4) When the cheese is a little melty, take it off the grill and throw some shredded basil on top
5) Some Balsamic Vinegar is a great topper too

1 minute foam rolling each:
Top of Quad
Inside of Quad
Ankles
1 minute each movement:
Heel Elevated Squats
Plate Gorilla Squat Hold
Plate Lifts
COACH PREP - Back Squat Movement Check
STRENGTH - Back Squats
Build to heavy 4
then…
2 Back Squats (at that weight)
every 90 seconds for 9 minutes (6 rounds)
