MONDAY

We will be doing some T2B and Bar MU skill work time today! This is a bodyweight WOD to kick off our week with a spicy little grinder of a buy out!

TUESDAY
(GOAL = 4 Rounds)
Snatch skills, dive into the WOD, then immediately use that warmth for some good back squat strength work after! Fast paced day!

AMRAP 10:
(100 Double Unders or 200 singles @ start)

(50 Double Unders or 100 singles @ minute 5)

U.S. Army First Sergeant Michael "Hammer" Bordelon, 37, of Morgan City, Louisiana, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 24th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division (Stryker Brigade Combat Team), based out of Fort Lewis, Washington, died on May 10, 2005, from injuries sustained when a car bomb exploded near him in Mosul, Iraq on April 23, 2005.
