I absolutely LOVE food, but I also love to be healthy! Healthy food isn't boring, and filling your body with the right ingredients can make you feel amazing. Instead of giving up on carbs and fats, it’s about choosing the right ones. Extreme diets where you’re required to cut stuff out or heavily restrict yourself… you’re not going to be able to keep it up and your body won’t be happy about it either! It’s all about moderation and enjoying life while still meeting your goals along the way! Sustainability is KEY! :)
