210803 - Recipe Tuesday - "Chicken Salad"

INGREDIENTS
Shredded Chicken
Non fat plain greek yogurt
Apples (Sometimes if I want more savory, I just do pickle relish in this instead of apples)
Celery
Sweet Onion and/or Green Onion
Pecans
Salt/Pepper
Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

1.) First, cook your chicken. Make it in the instant pot, crockpot, or the stove (or you can buy/use a rotisserie chicken).

2.) While the chicken cooks, chop your veggies/nuts.

3.) Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl.
