210907 - Recipe Tuesday "Buffalo Chicken Meatballs"

As many of you know, this is one of my favorite recipes of all time! Easy, tasty, and quick! Decided to pull it back out of the archives since I’m meal prepping these today for myself! :)

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. Ground Chicken
1 1/2 c. Panko Breadcrumbs
Buffalo Sauce to Taste

DIRECTIONS
1) Mix together all ingredients with your hands until it’s very well combined then place covered in freezer for atleast 30 minutes to an hour.
2) Preheat oven to 375 degrees
3) Create inch sized meatballs and place on greased pan.
4) Cook for approx. 25-30 minutes or until completely cooked!
5) Pour more buffalo sauce on top and add a little blue cheese!

Curl to Reverse Curl - With LIGHT DB
A - Dragon Flags / B - Reverse Crunches
Row to Tricep Kick Back - With LIGHT DB

COACH PREP -
Build to each weight in sets of 3 then deload to first weight

WOD - GOAL = NO SCORE DAY
very 5 minutes for 15 minutes
