161224 - At home WOD | Death by Burpees and 300 finisher.

Start a running clock. 
Do 1 burpee in the first minute, 2 burpees in the second minute
and so on until you cannot make it within the minute. 
Rest 3:
Finisher: 100 mountain climbers, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats. Break up as needed.
