Be that person in the arena. Do not let the naysayers and "haters" get to you. You are in control of your destiny as it relates to your health and fitness. Don't bow to the critiques of soft men and women who claim you're too manly or muscular. Don't let your highly specialized athlete friends tell you that CrossFit is dangerous and you'll never perform as well as they can because you're "too bulky." You are taking charge of your health. You're following a program designed to make you better at everything. You're taking care of you and your future so you're not some decrepit old man or woman telling stories about their glory days in the nursing home. You're preparing yourself to continue those stories until you fall down of exhaustion or go out in flames. "You're the best around...Nothing's gonna ever keep you down!"
