This woman is currently SMASHING it at the CrossFit South Regionals! She's a positive force to be reckoned with! Her mindset is completely focused on pushing the limits and breaking down the barriers of her current capabilities! When confronted with a tough workout, she mentally strategizes, in her head she sees herself conquering the movements, and let's all negative self-talk slip away.
You don't have to compete in CrossFit to use the Power of Thinking for your benefit. TODAY and TOMORROW, we are retesting our 1 rep maxes on our four Wendler lifts! When Coach Michael asks you to walk away or go do something before attempting the BIG lift, it's because we get WAY too caught up telling ourselves that we can't do it or it's too heavy. Take his advice...(as you always should)...and before going for that PR LIFT, clear your mind, get some sun, go pet Buddy, and then walk up to that bar AND JUST freakin' LIFT IT! Don't let your doubts create limits to what you're capable of, because YOU are powerful and anything is possible!
