10 Windmills (can do with very light weights in hand)
20 Weighted Step Ups (Stairs/Chairs with any sort of bag/backpack/bucket in arms)
30 Single Unders (Flutter Kicks if no Jump Rope)
MOBILIZE - Couch Stretch
Leg Stretch Flow
STRENGTH - Planking (1 minute each position)
Left Side
Right Side
Front
Back
Chinese Plank
WOD - Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (E2M14M)
[ SCORE = Total # of Squat Thrusts through 6 rounds ]
15 Squats (weight if possible)
30 Double Unders (or 60 singles or 20 weighted jumping jacks)
Max Squat Thrusts (Burpee without push up or jump)
REST 2 minutes THEN…

10 Back Extensions (supermans)
10 Glute Bridges (weight if possible)
