WARM UP -
 1 minute of each:
Bear Crawl (4 steps forward, 4 steps back)
Tricep Kick Backs
Wall Step Ups (find a small free wall, take off your shoes if needed)
Elevated Push Ups
Bicycle Crunches

MOBILIZE - Chest Roll Over
Overhead Weighted Stretch

SKILL - Let’s work on handstands and headstands!!!
(5-10 minutes to work on kicking up to a wall….be careful! Work on freestanding of both!)

WOD - AMRAP 16:
8 Dips
8 Overhead Press
(Use any weight you have available to you that you can do 8 unbroken with - Fill water bottles or backpacks gallon jug - Grab a very heavy text book - Plates/KB/DB everything is fair game)
16 Russian Twists (Use the same weight as above)
16 Mountain Climbers
