As I’ve been watching everyone build out their garage home gyms and buy tons of new equipment, I started to get disheartened that I was going to become obsolete for people once this is all said and done… BUT THEN I QUICKLY BACK PEDALED! No way! No one has ever paid me just to use equipment! I DO NOT believe for one second that me and my services are comparable to any amount of equipment that someone can fit in their garage!
My job is COACHING. Even via Zoom video, I’m constantly fixing form, answering questions, pushing people, monitoring safety, and encouraging better movement! That’s something you can’t buy on Amazon Prime or get delivered from Rogue! Our unique product at Choice City CrossFit is important and I’m doing my best each and every day to bring that to you from afar with the resources we have available to us. We still have community and we still have coaching AND we will when this is all done. Thanks for sticking with me and (hopefully) even with brand new shiny equipment filling your garage… you see the value in what you’ve always had with us.
