200603 - Recipe Tuesday - "Mango Salsa"
Perfect to put on fish tacos or just eat with some chips! Quick to make and lots of flavor, perfect for your next warm summer night dinner at home!
INGREDIENTS
- Mango
- Avocado
- Lime
- Jalapeno
- Cilantro
-Tajin
DIRECTIONS
1) Chop up mango into chunks and add to bowl!
2) Chop up avocado into chunks and add to bowl!
3) Squeeze some lime in there!
4) Like it spicy? Chop up some fresh jalapeno and toss it in there too!
5) Chop up a little bushel of cilantro and throw that in!
6) Sprinkle with some Tajin!
7) Stir gently and EAT IT!
