200728 - Recipe Tuesday - Chicken Parmesan Meatballs
INGREDIENTS
1lb. of Ground Chicken
1 c. Breadcrumbs
1 whole egg
1/2 c. parmesan
Garlic
Basil
DIRECTIONS
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees or airfryer to 350 degrees
2) Mix together chicken, 1/2 of bread crumbs, egg, 1/2 of parm, garlic/basil to taste. Make sure it’s well mixed together then form into balls.
3) Mix the rest of breadcrumbs and parm on a plate then roll the balls in it till they are completely coated.
4) Bake for 30 minutes or airfry for 15-20 minutes.
5) Eat with tons of veggies or over pasta with lots of tasty marinara sauce! Maybe a sprinkle of extra basil or parm too!
