210202 - Recipe Tuesday - "Beefy Stroganoff"
INGREDIENTS
1-2 lb. Stew Cut Beef
1 Carton of Beef Broth
1 Package of Beefy Onion Soup Mix
1 Bag of Wide Egg Noodles
1 Can of Fat-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms
1 cup of chopped onion
1 Tbsp. Butter
Garlic/Pepper/Salt
DIRECTIONS
1) Coat steak cubes in soup mix and airfry/pan fry until cooked.
2) Start boiling beef broth in sauce pan.
3) Melt butter in pan and add mushrooms/onions then saute for about 6-10 minutes on medium heat. Add seasonings at the very end for flavor.
4) Add noodles to sauce pan and start to cook until partially done, then drain 1/2 of broth and add the cream of mushroom soup, all mushrooms/onions with juices, all steak with juices, and any added seasoning you prefer.
5) Cook on low to mix together then take off heat for 10 minutes to let reduce.
6) Top with parsley and eat with some tasty green veggies!
