210427 - Recipe Tuesday - Buffalo Chicken Cups
INGREDIENTS
10 Chicken Thighs
1 Package of Wonton Wrappers
2/3 Package of Fat-Free Cream Cheese
1/2 bottle of Franks Buffalo Sauce
Spray Oil
Green Onions (Chopped for Topping)
DIRECTIONS
1) Bake and shred the chicken thighs (you can also buy pre-shredded chicken or shred up a rotisserie chicken too)
2) Place all ingredients into mixing bowl
3) In a muffin tin, put 2 wonton wrappers into each cupcake spot (I like to opposite overlap them for more crispy parts!)
4) Fill with the buffalo filling and bake at 375 degrees for 10 mintues
5) ENJOY!!!
