210406 - Recipe Tuesday - Au Gratin Potato Caserole

INGREDIENTS
1 Bag of Frozen Cubed Potatoes
1 Can of 98% fat-free Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup of fat-free or skim Sour Cream
1 Packet of Ranch Seasoning
1 cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup of breadcrumbs

DIRECTIONS
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Place potatoes in an oiled glass baking dish for 10 minutes to thaw
3) Mix in all ingredients (EXCEPT 1/3 cup of cheese and the breadcrumbs - these will go on top at the end)
4) Bake for 15-20 minutes then top with the reserved ingredients and put in the oven for another 5-10 minutes
5) ENJOY!
