210831 - Recipe Tuesday - "Peach Procuitto Pork Loin"

INGREDIENTS
Sliced and Halved Peaches
Large Pork Loin
Procuitto
Seasonings

DIRECTIONS
1) Preheat Grill
2) Coat Pork Loin in Seasonings and let sit while preparing the peaches
3) Place loin on top of procuitto laid out in strips
4) Put peach slices along the top then fold the meat over the top (secure with a toothpick)
5) Grill for about 6-8 minutes on one side depending on thickness of meat cut. Flip then cook on the other side for 3-5 minutes.
6) Serve with fresh tomatoes and sauted greens
