When negativity starts to invade your space, try to find the bright side. It’s easier to be happier and find joy when you purposefully find the good in situations. It’s tough when external sources are trying to bring you down but I like to take 10 seconds to close my eyes to breathe before I react to situations. Sometimes my mind gets the best of me and I assume the worst… but the best coping mechanism I have used is just writing down the good things in my life and reading it over and over again. i try to find my sunshine so I can leave shadows behind me.
