151214 - CrossFit, Last week of SS | Let's agree to disagree except for this one point.

We all have differing opinions on everything. No two people walk around agreeing all the time (that'd be a little annoying.)

The one thing we should always agree on in the gym though, is having a good time. 

"It doesn't have to be fun to be fun!" is a famous Coach Glassman saying and it's true. 
You don't have to work out to hang out. 
When people ask how you're doing when you're waiting for class, maybe don't unload all your crap on them, just say "I'm living the dream" and be resolute in your attempt to leave all that outside and have yourself a possibly exhausting, possibly painful, yet thoroughly worthwhile workout. 
Smile more. Dance around in between elements. Wear an ugly Christmas sweater for deadlifts. Do what it takes to make your own experience the best it can be.
