On Mondays and Fridays, you're at your best.
On Monday morning, barring some weekend shenanigans, you're primed and ready to go. You went to bed at a decent hour, you're up before dawn and you're pumped up and ready for action. It shows on the whiteboard. It shown in attendance, efforts and attitude too.
Same goes with Friday, folks are pumped up for the weekend and are getting their last WOD in before potentially blowing it out on Friday and Saturday nights.
But, who are you on Tuesday? Wednesday? Thursday?
Are you habitual with your attendance? Do you keep that level of motivation? Why or why not?
Did you get to bed early? Did you wake early? Did you make your bed? Did you listen to motivating music on your way in? Can you throw down on a Wednesday like you can on a Friday?
